IT was great to see lots of new faces for the Play Garden Easter Eggstravaganza, the children made Easter cards, painted eggs and hunted for eggs.

Lots of happy faces were to be seen and lots of free eggs handed out.

Many thanks to Asda who donated eggs, and well done all the committee for the hard work before, during and after the event.

THE gardens are looking good and our next work day is Sunday, May 2, 11.30-12.30 and we will do ‘ lets grow’, planting sunflowers, cucumber and beans in pots to take home and ‘make a herb garden’.

Everyone is welcome to help start up a herb garden for the whole community.

Free snacks, to show how herbs can be used, will be on offer.

Please come along.

A REMINDER that Weymouth East Pact meeting will be held at Weymouth Fire Station on Wednesday, April 21 starting at 7pm.

Please come along to have a chat and air your views on the community.
