As Weymouth gets ready for thousands of sailing fans to pour into the Dorset coastal resort this summer, its newest attraction is poised to offer them a unique perspective of the famous Jurassic Coast and birds eye views of the Olympic/Paralympic Sailing Arena. Opening on Friday 22nd June, the NEW Weymouth SEA LIFE Tower soars 53 metres above the shoreline offering stunning panoramic views.
Standing on the corner of Weymouth Pier, the Weymouth SEA LIFE Tower’s slowly revolving observation deck will treat guests to a breathtaking 360-degree vista. During the fifteen minute journey they will take in dramatic views of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, some stunning Dorset countryside, as well as a unique aerial vantage of the Olympic sailing arena.
A limited period early bird deal is bookable online from today offering a special “any time” priority ticket. The “any time” ticket allows fast track access to the tower at literally any time the ticket holder would like to visit for just £7.20, subject to availability. Pre-booked 15 minute time slots will usually apply. Demand for tickets over competition periods – 29 July-1st August and 1st – 6th September – is expected to be extremely high so early booking is recommended.
Amazing value joint tickets with SEA LIFE Adventure Park are also available starting at just £72 for a family of four offering a 10% saving on the regular walk up price. The new attraction opens on 22nd June and will be open seven days a week from 10am and last entry at 7:15pm.
At its highest point the view on a clear day will extend far into the English Channel and right down the coast to the iconic Durdle Door arch. Mini guides will be available.
